Karma is a multi instrumentalist, songwriter, producer & musical director from Woodstock NY.
With a unique ability to make it look easy, Karma intuitively scapes many genres and styles. His ability, to swiftly & selflessly adapt, shows in his live performance, musical direction, the studio, collaborative relationships and as a producer.
When not working on his own music, he is a member of 420 Funk Mob, Along with a variety of side-man gigs, he has played with; Aaron Freeman (Ween), Jellybean Johnson (The Time), Eddie M (Sheila E, Prince), Omar Hakim’s Sonic Boom Squad & Rachael Z’s Ozmosys. to name a few.
As the only player to join the legendary Dr. Know on guitar with the Bad Brains, taking him to RIOT fest, Something In The Water, Growlers Fest stages and into the studio with Daryl Jenifer and Denzel Curry. He recently closed out his third tour with Octavia Butler’s Parable Of The Sower—by Toshi Regon, with three sold-out shows at Lincoln Center.
Karma carries his Grandfather, Richie Havens’ lineage forward with grace and humility.
